The organization employs an evidence-based yet biblically integrated approach, combining free biblical counseling since 1977—rejecting secular theories inconsistent with Scripture—with practical discipleship, mentoring, and community assistance programs like food distribution, clothing closets, temporary housing via the SIA Safe Haven Home, life skills training through Jobs for Life and Faith & Finances, and senior activities via Caleb's Kin.
