4C Health, formerly known as Four County Comprehensive Mental Health Center since 1975, is a designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Center serving Cass, Miami, Fulton, Pulaski, Howard, Tipton, and White counties in North Central Indiana, with a mission to support ALL Hoosier well-being through high quality, whole health care that is compassionate, collaborative, and competent.
