Groups Recover Together
Groups Recover Together is an opioid addiction treatment program founded in 2014 with the mission to make treatment for opioid use respectful, accessible, and affordable. The organization empowers individuals struggling with substance use disorders, particularly opioids, to regain control of their lives through an evidence-based model of outpatient weekly group therapy and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone). What sets Groups apart is its belief that long-term recovery extends beyond traditional medical care to encompass aspects of life like housing, employment, and family support, approached as a team sport with a dedicated care team including physicians, counselors, and peers providing comprehensive, coordinated care. Services include Suboxone to manage cravings and withdrawal, small group sessions for accountability and support, life goal assistance, and monthly physician check-ins, available both in-person at over 130 locations across 19 states or virtually to enhance accessibility. Groups accepts major insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and self-pay options, prioritizing affordability and welcoming all members without judgment to foster recovery and community safety.
